A $350 nonrefundable reservation fee and a signed contract are required to reserve the facility.
The reservation fee is applied to the rental fee.
The rental fee and a $250 refundable security deposit are due 60 days prior to the event date.
Rental period includes decorating and removal time.
A 4 hour minimum per officer is required for events with security.
